Due to a lack of training, KongBean has strayed away from its original mission statement to ensure that every customer leaves with a sense of happiness. As a team, we’ve collectively decided to temporarily shut down the businesses for a short period of time to “revamp” not only the businesses themselves but the employers within these companies.
“It’s a great time to start fresh and to strengthen the bonds that we took for granted within our own customers,” says Ryann Ellis, the companies CEO.
KongBean will be working closely with new provider The Bean to bring a new coffee experience to our customers throughout each location nationwide and continue to service those who have come to love our coffee house since the beginning.
This will be the companies first relaunch since opening in May 2018 and we anticipate the change of providers would better suit the image and mission that KongBean was initially going for when the store opened.
